As individuals we are having to make more and more provision for our own health care needs.
The Smile Centre believes that the best way to balance affordable care without compromising quality, is to offer you membership of the Preventative Care Membership Scheme.

This provides the following benefits:

  • A convenient payment scheme for routine treatment
  • A wider choice of up-to-date materials
  • More time to help prevent decay and gum disease .
  • Extended payment facility to spread additional costs over 10 months
  • A fair and equitable system where everyone pays the same.
  • Substantial discounts on additional treatments and sundries
  • Worldwide Trauma and Emergency Call-Out Insurance
  • Redundancy Protection for up to 12 months

For plan members whose additional treatment costs more than £200, we offer the convenience of being able to spread the payment over 10 months by simply adding the fee to the existing direct debit.
Please note our normal discount rate is reduced by 10% when the Extended Payment Scheme is used. Our staff will be pleased to discuss the details with you. A deposit maybe required.
Use of the Extended Payment Scheme is at the discretion of the dentist.

Emergency Call-Out
cover can be provided by any dentist worldwide who agrees to treat you. The cover is for a maximum of £120 per claim (outside the UK £320) for pain relief with an excess payable of £25. You simply pay the emergency call-out charge to the dentist concerned and collect a receipted invoice. This will then be processed through the practice for reimbursement from the insurers. This is to provide emergency treatment only; You should return to the practice in normal hours for any further treatment required.

If you are scarred on the face or neck as a result of the accident, you will be entitled to compensation from £50 to £500.

If you would prefer to pay on o fee-per-item basis, we strongly recommend that you use our Registration and Insurance Scheme- This costs £25 per  year and will include the insurance cover described above. It is, however, conditional upon you attending the practice at least once a year for a check-up and having any remedial work undertaken as soon as possible, payment for which is not covered.
